Who would have thought that we would be able to bring this minor lot acreage subdivision to the marketplace just prior to covid and sell it out in it's entirety in 16 months. Not only did John handle the lot sales he was also able to create four pre-sale custom homes for his builder. I can assure you this, John will get the next call to handle our upcoming land work as well.
